Active Thermal Solutions Holdings, doing business as Active Radiator LLC, is the cornerstone of LDR's House of Brands — a unified platform delivering OE cooling product manufacturing, aftermarket manufacturing, service, repair, and distribution across the heat transfer market. With decades of combined expertise, we provide end-to-end thermal solutions under one roof, serving customers from initial design and production through ongoing service and support.

Within this House of Brands, LDR partners have brought together four industry-leading names — Active Radiator, Cincinnati Radiator, Ohio Heat Transfer, and D&B Radiator — creating LDR's Manufacturing Center of Excellence. This strategic initiative is designed to drive operational excellence across the firm's industrial portfolio, uniting the strengths of each brand into a single, cohesive organization.

By consolidating manufacturing capabilities, engineering expertise, distribution networks, and customer service under one umbrella, the Manufacturing Center of Excellence delivers what no single brand can alone: expanded product offerings, improved lead times, consistent quality standards, and scalable capacity to meet the growing demands of the heavy-duty truck, industrial, power generation, and off-highway markets.

Meet Our Leadership Team

  • Paul Luff

    Paul Luff

    Chief Executive Officer

    Paul Luff is serving as the Chief Executive Officer for the Active Thermal Solutions portfolio of companies for LDR Partners. He has held several operational and administrative officer positions at Active since 2002.

    He has over 50 years' experience in management positions ranging from President, COO, and Treasurer; senior positions in Manufacturing and Engineering in Fortune 500 to startup - public and private companies. After college, he served as an officer in the Air Force, then spent 17 years with General Electric leading manufacturing and technology developments surrounding new products, plant startup and development programs, acquisitions, and synergistic developments. Other industrial businesses included consumer packaging, venture lighting startup, and a ventilation fan manufacturer.

    Paul owns a business consulting firm and has helped numerous businesses grow and develop into new markets. He is on the boards serving several profit and non-profit companies.

    Mr. Luff received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University and an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. Paul lives in Warwick, PA with his wife where you can catch them on a pickleball court.

    Clint Eubanks serves as Chief Operating Officer of Active Radiator, LLC, where he leads manufacturing, service, product development, and acquisitions.

    Previously, he was President of LDR Partners’ Manufacturing Center of Excellence, where he drove value creation through best practices across multiple platforms.

    Clint has more than 20 years of manufacturing and operations leadership across Fortune 500 companies, McKinsey & Company, and private equity-backed businesses. A former Marine Infantry Officer with an MBA from Harvard Business School, he brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to building and scaling operations.

  • Josh Epure

    Josh Epure

    General Manager CR/OHT

    Josh Epure leads manufacturing and operations across Active's Ohio facilities and plays a central role in the company's acquisition and integration efforts. Bringing nearly two decades of experience in manufacturing, operations, and product development, he offers deep technical expertise in copper-brass and aluminum heat exchangers. His ability to step into newly acquired businesses, stabilize operations, and drive integration makes him a key asset to Active's private equity-backed growth strategy, where operational excellence and disciplined execution are essential to creating value across the portfolio.

    Josh began his career at Cincinnati Radiator, where he spent 14 years in roles of increasing responsibility, including Engineering Manager. During his tenure, he helped transform the business from a service shop into a custom OEM cooling-systems manufacturer. Along the way, he launched the company's OEM and Department of Defense business lines, managed top customer accounts, and helped lead its global sourcing strategy, experience that translates directly to the operational diligence and post-acquisition improvement work central to private equity ownership.

    Following Cincinnati Radiator, Josh joined a Fortune 100 consumer goods company as a program manager, spending three years partnering with sales, R&D, and operations to deliver programs ranging from cost-savings initiatives to new product launches for global brands. This blend of entrepreneurial manufacturing leadership and large-scale corporate program management equips him to support Active's acquisition pipeline end to end, from evaluating target companies to integrating them into the platform and unlocking operational synergies.

    Robert "Bob" Doble serves as General Manager of the Active Radiator side of the operation, where he oversees the manufacturing plants and distribution facilities across the United States. In his role, he directs production teams in stock management and order fulfillment, while also overseeing the service and repair work performed at the company's distribution and warehouse facilities. His hands-on leadership ensures that operations run efficiently and that the company consistently delivers quality products and services to its customers.

    Bob brings more than two decades of manufacturing management experience to his role — an industry he has called home since the age of 10. He began his career in welding and fabrication, steadily building his skill set from hands-on craftsmanship to drafting software solutions, and ultimately to leading a full manufacturing team that provided custom fabrication solutions for customers. His well-rounded background gives him a unique ability to connect with teams at every level, from the shop floor to the front office.

    Before joining Active Radiator in 2025, Bob served as General Manager of an industrial service and repair company for over 14 years, directing operations in millwright work, iron work, pipeline, and pipefitting services. Today, he brings that deep operational expertise, along with strong project management and leadership skills, to advancing the private equity firm's manufacturing vision and supporting the continued growth of its production operations nationwide.

    Janisea Pritchett serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Active Radiator, LLC. In her role, she drives sales initiatives across both inside and outside sales channels while leading the marketing team in developing strategies that strengthen the company's market position. Her leadership has been instrumental in aligning sales and marketing efforts to support the growth initiatives of the organization and its private equity ownership group.

    Janisea brings nearly three decades of sales and marketing experience in the heavy-duty cooling products market. She began her career in the over-the-road truck market, specializing in air cooler products, and quickly expanded her skill set to develop deep expertise not only in over-the-road truck products but also in off-road and industrial equipment. This broad foundation has given her a comprehensive understanding of the heavy-duty cooling industry and the diverse needs of customers across multiple market segments.

    Her ability to identify new opportunities, cultivate long-term partnerships, and deliver results has made her a valued leader within Active Radiator and a trusted voice in the heavy-duty cooling industry.

Known for combining financial rigor with operational insight, Jordan partners with executive teams to build scalable businesses, improve performance, and deliver long-term value for stakeholders.

    Kelly Mathis serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Active Radiator, overseeing human resources operations across the company's multiple locations. She leads employee relations, talent management, benefits, compliance, and organizational development while supporting the company's continued growth and strategic initiatives.

    Kelly joined Active Radiator in 2009 following its acquisition of RADAC Corporation, where she began working in the radiator industry in 2003. She assumed responsibility for Active's HR function, building the foundational programs, policies, and processes that support the organization today. Her role evolved from HR Manager to Director of Human Resources before her promotion to Vice President in 2025.

    With nearly three decades of experience in human resources and operations, Kelly believes that a company's success begins with its people. Her approach to leadership focuses on developing managers, supporting employees, and creating an environment where both individuals and the organization can grow and succeed together.

    Rich Auker serves as the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for Active Radiator, where he is responsible for overseeing the company's safety, occupational health, environmental compliance, and risk management programs across all locations. He has held this position since 2021.

    A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania's (IUP) Safety Sciences program, Rich brings more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing safety, environmental compliance, and risk management. His extensive industry experience supports Active Radiator's commitment to maintaining safe workplaces, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
