Our process
- Measure the flow and weigh the filter.
- Measure the flow and weigh the filter.
- Perform pneumatic and thermal cleaning as needed.
- Final flow and weight measurements.
- Check threads on all bungs, tap, or replace as needed.
- Remove all rust from DPF housing, repaint with high temperature paint.
- Package filter for safe transportation and deliver filter performing properly.
DPF & DOC REGENERATION​
Save hundreds of dollars by having us regenerate your DPF and DOC as opposed to replacing them.
Most DPF and DOCs can be pneumatically cleaned and returned to service the same day.
In an emergency, truck down situation, you can bring your DPF and DOC to us and we will pneumatically clean and flow test them WHILE YOU WAIT!
The most severely clogged DPF and DOCs may require an overnight baking process.
DPF Combuster Canister repair
Due to the heat and frequent combustion, these canisters may crack. In many cases we can repair the cracks, by tig welding, saving you thousands of dollars over the cost of a new canister.
EGR COOLERS CLEANED​
Many EGR coolers can be effectively cleaned with chemicals and hot water pressure washing.
DIESEL OXIDATION CATALYST MUFFLER STACK REPAIR
The couplings at each end of the stack often rust through under the mounting straps.
We can weld new bands on the stack and install new couplings, saving you hundreds of dollars over the cost of a new unit.
